Step 3
Confirm Fulfillment & Final Details
Our team confirms availability, final pricing and your fulfillment details. Delivery orders are coordinated based on event location. Customer pickup orders receive confirmed warehouse pickup/return times and a required security deposit amount on the emailed quote.

Final Proposal
We confirm availability, logistics and final pricing in writing before your event — so there are no surprises on event day. Customer pickup orders have no rental minimum. All customer pickup orders require a security deposit based on order value.
Delivery orders are subject to location-based rental minimums starting at $400. Customer pickup orders have no rental minimum. All customer pickup orders require a security deposit based on order value. Delivery, pickup, setup, taxes and applicable fees are calculated separately.
